1. THE SERVICE

DotCheck provides AI-generated analysis of photos of commercial motor vehicle equipment and documents, with references to federal regulations and industry out-of-service criteria. The service is for informational and pre-inspection preparation purposes only.

2. NOT LEGAL OR ENFORCEMENT ADVICE

DotCheck is not affiliated with USDOT, FMCSA, CVSA, or any enforcement agency. Results may be incomplete or wrong. You remain fully responsible for the safe operation, inspection, and maintenance of your vehicles and for compliance with all laws. Do not rely on DotCheck as your only safety check.

3. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate.

4. PLANS, CREDITS & BILLING

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Credits are consumed one per inspection and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not upload unlawful content or content you don't have the right to share. Do not reverse-engineer the service or use it to build a competing product.

6. YOUR CONTENT

You own the photos and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide and improve the service.

7. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotCheck is not liable for fines, out-of-service orders, citations, crashes, downtime, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. CHANGES

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
