INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Account information: name, email, phone, company, and login identifiers.
• Inspection content: photos you upload, the vehicle and inspection type you select, and the resulting findings.
• Fleet data you enter: unit numbers, VINs, DOT numbers, and driver names with CDL and medical certificate dates.
• Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: device, browser, and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your information to provide inspections, maintain your history and fleet records, process payments, provide support, and improve accuracy. Uploaded photos are sent to our AI provider only to generate your inspection results.

SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (hosting, AI processing, payments, email) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

RETENTION & DELETION

We keep inspection history while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time through our contact page.

SECURITY

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

CHILDREN

DotCheck is intended for commercial drivers and businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
